At Paradise Inn Placencia, we understand that unexpected changes in travel plans can happen. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while helping us manage reservations and availability effectively. Please take a moment to review the details below before finalizing your booking.


Flexible Cancellation Options

We offer a tiered refund policy based on the amount of notice provided prior to your scheduled check-in date:

  • Full Refund – 100%
  • If you cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled check-in, you will receive a full refund of your booking amount.
  • Partial Refund – 50%
  • If you cancel between 14 and 29 days prior to check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before your check-in date are non-refundable.
  • In the case of a same-day cancellation or no-show, a fee equal to two nights’ stay will be charged.


Important Notes

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Early departures or changes to your reservation within 14 days of check-in are also subject to the same refund rules.
  • We recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
